REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy for Live Conferences:
- Cancellations for Virtual live conferences will be accepted only if requested at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
- If you cannot participate in a webinar you registered for, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Webinar Cancellations are refundable, however, a processing fee of $30 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Substitution Policy for Live Conferences:
- Participants can opt for substitution instead of cancellation to avoid the processing fee that comes with canceling.
- Substitution can either replace a webinar with another one at a different time or day or substitute the registered participant with another person taking their place.
- Substitution is free, but we require a period for proper processing for on-demand webinars.
- Substitution/Cancellation is not allowed if the attendee misses the scheduled session and does not offer a refund.
- If the attendee or participant does not get webinar information due to issues like bounced emails, restricted emails, or any other system issues on the attendee or participant's end.
- There must be fewer than 5 participants attending the webinar, otherwise it will be canceled.
- Through any reason for cancellation, participants will be informed a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled start of the webinar.
Refund Policy:
- No refund is offered in cases of digital downloads and transcripts along with participants who do not receive the login instruction due to their system issue or a technical glitch.
- Participants wishing to cancel their webinar registration must inform at least 2 business days before the event's scheduled date.
- If a participant needs to receive the login instructions, they can contact customer services at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the webinar and can reach us by email, chat, and toll-free number.
- Participants registered under any Package/Plan have a 30-day window from their registration date to cancel their service.
- If a webinar is canceled by us, due to technical faults or related challenges, participants can opt for a full refund.
